What a pleasant surprise! I came into this place without many expectations, as they have multiple locations in Calgary and that is often a sign of ordinary food, but that was not the case. The place itself is cozy, and it looks very modern but it definitely has that Diner atmosphere, as it is loud from everyone chatting, but it isn't uncomfortable, it is exactly what you expect from a diner. The service was excellent, Danielle made sure we had everything that we needed and she was very kind. The place is clean, and well maintained, including the washrooms. Now, for the most important part, the food. I ordered Today's Special" which was a AAA beef medallion bowl

Quick and friendly service, one of the best eggs bennys I’ve ever had and a cute/fun vibe. I’d give this 5 stars but the place is LOUD. Not the music, but the sounds of conversation and cooking. Would love if management could find a way to make the sounds amplify less…

Excellent menu choices offering a wide variety of unique breakfast or brunch ideas.The food quality is excellent.The service was great.I really enjoyed their selection of different types of eggs benedict.I'm here to gladly give them five stars for their great restaurant and service. Highly recommend this placeIt was all so nice to see some great children's menu and they also had some books at the entrance to keep the little ones busy. Very nice touch.

This place must only get business when Brokin Yolk is too long of a wait. I can’t believe how bad it is. View the pic of the “rosti”. What a joke. And apparently that is “stuffed” with bacon and cheese and then has hollandaise. And you can only get basil hollandaise, no regular, which makes me think they just use a pre-made mix. But how silly of a breakfast place to not have hollandaise available for customers. All the food was lacking seasoning. My companions meals were dry and flavourless. The mimosa kit we ordered is also another in a long line of jokes this place plays on their guests. When you have to include “candy stripe straws” as one of the descriptions, I think you need to rethink your menu. Which is the worst designed menu I have ever seen in calgary. It’s entirely schizophrenic and there is no order to the chaos. It’s like you’re reading a breakfast poem with every stanza arranged in a different way. The funny thing, they either spent money on that design or the owner made it themselves and actually think it looks good.I do t have enough time to get into service, which was weak. All the good servers work at Brokin Yolk I guess so they get the leftovers here.And lastly, the decor is a cheap imitation of a retro diner, but comes off more as Winners’ and Homesense derived.There is no foreseeable way I’d spend money here again.Was gonna make it 2 stars, but after writing this, 1 star feels better, especially for the price

Food was exceptional! Service was same!VERY busy. Atmosphere was quite nice, modern yet cozy diner as well. Super friendly staff. After complimenting their delicious jam and inquiring if they sold it in store, I was informed they do not. The waitress, noticing my distress at realizing I could not take home that incredible creation, provided me with a little take home condiment container full of it. Very considerate of the waitress. I'll be going back for sure!

Pretty special place. Casual dining with real gourmet food. Creative, generous, and delicious menu offerings. Good atmosphere, not noisy or cramped but still has that comfortable diner feel. The menu is busy and hard to interpret, with a lot of fine print. Fortunately the server was very helpful. The menu many actually be the one negative point for this reason. There's parking out front, but I couldn't tell if you had to pay or not so I parked out on the street and walked.

Very different from the Edmonton trail location for atmosphere but I love how modern and beautiful it is here! Bright sunlight during the daylight time, food was amazing!
