Had a great experience with Zoey in February! We had a bad experience with another groomer (cuts on legs and paws) who told us Zoey needed more training. We were skeptical of that so booked an appointment with Kemeisha at Paws Plus. Nonetheless, we were worried she would be too much to handle. When we picked her up, Zoey looked wonderful and was relaxed. We are so thankful to have found Paws Plus where the groomers are patient, caring, and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend!

Thank you to the great staff at Paws Plus for always taking care of Bella. I want to say thank you for doing such a fantastic job. I was very happy with the cut! You listened and did exactly what I asked for. Thank you for listening….Bella looks as cute as ever!!!

Loved the place, the energy and the staff. If you want your dogs to love the groomers this is the place. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a new groomer for our 8-month-old Maltipoo. After much research, we decided to try Paws Plus. We opted for the Bath & Tidy service and were very pleased we the results. The appointment took a little longer than we expected, but this was because of the time and care taken to get everything right exactly as we requested. Not only did our Maltipoo look adorable, but she had a great time. This was clearly illustrated in her behavior. She insisted on saying goodbye with lots of kisses.

Had a appointment for 4.30 , when I got their they said the dog would have to wait until 6.45. Rather than leave my dog their I told them to ring me when they were ready and I would return. They never rang even the next day after I left messages. They did seem very busy which I understand need better time management and customer service.The review was under my girlfriends name emma

Being charged $30 on top of a $75 grooming appointment is ridiculous. Stating that my dog had diarrhea 5-7 times in an hour and a half is unbelievable as this has NEVER happened at another groomer before. On top of that, it has been FOREVER since he had diarrhea. Telling me that cleaning his accidents “pushed back their time” had me laughing. My appointment was scheduled from 10am-12pm. I got the call to pick up my dog at 11:25am so I had AT LEAST another 30 minutes of my appointment. To add to this nightmare, it was clear that his ears were not cleaned. I still saw his waxy hairs inside! Consider this my last time here. I would not recommend to anyone in the area. I’m sure their prices are lower than other groomers because they make it up through these accusations that customers have to ultimately pay for.

My 1 year old cockapoo was always afraid of the groomers so today I tried Paws Plus for the first time and was thrilled! Not only does he look adorable, but they were so friendly and took such great care of him. Will be returning!

We were so worried to take our little Milo for his first groom. But thanks for Paws Plus, Tee was so awesome! She reassured us that Milo would be well take care of. She comforted him right away and made him feel safe. We got the puppy package and we were so pleased, as it’s still so cold out we didn’t want him to get too short of a cut. When we picked him up we we’re thrilled! He looked and smelled AMAZING! Thank you so much we will be seeing you guys very soon! Here are three pictures before and after. Did an amazing job even though Coco can be abit aggressive when being groomed and they were so patient and nice with her. She had matting and hates her nails being cut but they managed to help her out❤️Thank you will be back
