Hired this company for labor when our things arrived from out of state. Our things arrived early, and we asked if they had any availability early, which they said they did, then on the day of the labor, they said their guys didn’t show up to work. They offered to come in the afternoon, which we couldn’t do, but I told them we could just keep our original appointment. Aaron tried to pressure us to accept the services in the afternoon by stating that they could not guarantee the men we had booked would be available and they had another “big job” on the same day we had booked. We still could not move in the afternoon due to our schedule, and when the day came we had booked, they called and cancelled, leaving us with an entire house to unpack with no movers.

Aaron and Jason went above and beyond helping unload our truck! Thank you so much.

I have nothing but gratitude for Brockstar Moving! I found myself in need of moving help at the last minute and after calling EVERY moving company in our area Aaron at Brockstar said they could squeeze me between two jobs. I have never been so impressed with a company in my life!!! The men were super prompt, professional, friendly and over accommodating to my requests. They did this on the June 30, the HOTTEST day we have seen in 2018 and always had a smile on their faces and treated me and my belongings with respect. I highly recommend using Brockstar Moving for your next move! I would use their services again in a heartbeat and pay the extra money for them to drive from Muskegon to Holland. Well worth it!

We just used their service yesterday and they did a great job. We had them move our furniture and many boxes into a pod in our driveway. They seemed to really know what they were doing in terms of packing everything in in a way that took up less space. We were really worried that we wouldn’t have room for everything but, with the way they packed it, we have plenty of room. They were also very reasonably priced. I got quotes from two other local places and they were by far the best price. They were worth our money. They were friendly, professional and courteous. Definitely knew what they were doing. I have to say that we chose not to have them pack many breakable items but that’s just because we chose to store them some place other than the pod. So I can’t review that part of it. Overall I would highly recommend them. Thanks Brockstar!

Movers were courteous. timely, efficient, and treated our belongings with care. We also had a piano moved and never once worried for its safety. Would highly recommend!

Where do I start? 3 months ago I hired Brockstar. Owner quoted me $650 including wardrobes to transport my clothing and another $250 if I wanted them to pack the GLASS". I opted not to have them "pack the GLASS." The 2 young guys were a couple hours late. When moving my new couch

Called for quotes from 2 highly recommended companies. Their estimate was pretty much spot on. The other companies was over 10 thousand higher. The packers and loaders and unloaders were all terrific and hard working. Our new condo was not easy to get into and they were fantastic with some difficult furniture. Don't go anywhere else

Excellent courteous service. They treat you and your belongings with TLC. They were very thoughtful in both the packing and the moving process! I have used them for two complete house moves and the experience was consistently great both times.

We have moved at least 15 times over the years, and Aaron, Diane, and the crew at Brockstar was the best experience we have ever had! They did all of our packing and moving over five days. Everyone was professional, responsive, on time, and a delight to work with. I could not recommend them more highly.

We had Brockstar move us back in October.They moved us from our condo into a pod thatSat at our new home while we remodeled it.I sent an inventory list to them requesting a boxFor our 82 inch tv. Also spoke to the receptionistTwice about the tv. They assured me they wouldBox it up to protect it. When it came time to move tv Aaron (the owner) said they had nothing to move it in. They took it off the wall, carrried it up the stairs, out to truck,off the truckAnd into the pod. Then threw a moving blanket over the top of it. When we moved our furnitureOut of the pod and turned the tv on the corner of the tv and the screen was cracked. When I contacted Aaron and told him he right away saidWe did it. We moved it once ( my husband and his friend) into house. I told him he handled it more times then we did and if the tv was boxedOr wrapped like I requested we wouldn’t be having this conversation. He said he had to speak with the employee who helped him with the move and get back to me. He didn’t. I had toCall again and he said he had to speak face to face with his employee about this!!! But his employee had COVID so he couldn’t. The very next day I got a email from this very unprofessional Aaron saying “He assumes no responsibility for the tv”. As far as I’m concerned he assumes responsibility when he moved our furniture. If you value anything you are moving DO NOT USE Brockstar MovingCo. They assume no responsibility!!!!
