The exchange was very calm and thoughtful. The representative was so professional and understood my feelings.

I frequent the cafe often and have met many adoptable/foster dogs and the owners, and some foster parents. Everyone cares so much about the dogs and finding them a home that is a good fit. The dogs are really well loved. The owners care so much.

These guys really need to add a phone number. It's hard enough trying to find a dog, but without a number to contact, it's so much more irritating.

They were not helpful as far as information goes. The evening shift did not even know if there were any pets available

Don't worry. It has taken a bit to yea or nay my adoption I know they are wonderful volunteers. Think of your life. Try to add helping the rescue business at same time as having fullftime jobs. They deserve a medal. Thank you.

They were very slow in responding to my request for help. By the time they returned my call, the cat that had been abandoned had escaped and now is nowhere to be found...

Very friendly. They placed our dog in an foster place in less than a week. We've received updates on our dog.

They do amazing work, and truly care for the dogs they take on. Fabulous organization!

Unfortunately, I have a bad review for this organization. I put in an application with Adopt-a-Pet, who replied right away that they fawarded my request, then I went into the Hammer Cafe and was told 'too busy right now fill in application on site', so I came right home and did that. I was really interested in adopting this sweetheart of a dog and sent 2 emails asking if they had received my applications. It has been a tense 2 weeks waiting to hear. This morning I thought I would check the site and the dog I was interested in has been apopted. I realize that it is run by volenteers but how long does it take to be polite and answer a request to let the person know? It's unfortunate because I will not be looking to adopt through this site again.

Absolutely amazing team of volunteers. We adopted our little man from them a few years ago and couldn't be happier. They were very professional and friendly.!
