I was highly impressed by the kind staff at this store. There was an older lady in there when I was there and she did not have her Amazon return ready. The staff asked if they could help her and did just that. They absolutely went above and beyond to help this lady. Well done!!

I might utilize the UPS Holland, Port Huron store 4-6 times annually. When I enter, am usually waited on almost immediately (depending on how busy they are). The clerks are always courteous and efficient. I mostly use this store for Amazon returns and have never had a problem receiving my refunds.
