Dr Shoimer and his team were all very kind and upbeat during my melanoma surgery. Dr Shoimer is calm, patient, and explained everything extremely well as well as answered all of my questions thoroughly. His demeanor helped me feel confident and hopeful of my results. I had a good result and the whole surgery was very interesting. Now I have healed and the site looks better than I expected with minimal scarring, so I can attest to his skills with a scalpel and needle! Thank you very much Dr Shoimer!

Although Dr Shoimer is a pleasant man,and followed up with me as best he could, I felt he hadn’t enough experience with the thin skin of seniors, as was exhibited during my lower leg surgery when he tried to do a fancy double/ triple skin graft for a small growth of squamous cell carcinoma, having to do a “facelift” of my lower leg to get enough skin to close up. The tension caused a complete tearing away, and I was left with open wounds. End result is an ugly 5 armed “M” scar, after 21/2 months of wound care, including 1 month of keeping my leg elevated.Bottom line, shop around!

I've seen Dr. Shoimer for a couple years now for my atypical moles. He has removed several of mine. I have been very impressed with him and his staff. He never makes you feel awkward, or uncomfortable. He is always kind, personable and very thorough when it comes to my moles. He answers all of my questions, even if I tend to ask a million because I am a worry wart. I trust that I am in good care when I see him. I highly recommend him as Dermatologist. He knows his stuff and, his nurse is also very helpful.

From start to finish I was treated with respect and kindness Dr Shomier and his team answered all my questions and concerns as we progressed through the removal of the cancer lesion on my left arm. His assistant froze my arm painlessly, and I never felt a thing during the entire process.In the end he was very assuring that all the cancer cells had been removed. The entire process took a little under four hours. I have had no post operative pain and the wound is healing quickly.Thank you Dr Shomier and your team for the professionalism throughout the process. I would recommend your clinic to anyone of asked.
