My experiences on the CSN Collision Centre in Burlington on Pettit Road were excellent. I was directed to this business through my car insurance company after my car had a suffered damage while parked on a street.The receptionist, Patricia, was cordial and thorough.The manager, Lori, was professional and friendly. My car came out looking better than it went in - can't tell it was hit.Lori and her team also cleaned both the inside and outside of my car prior to me picking it up - even washed the winter salt stained rubber floor mats. I am/was very impressed with the quality of customer service I received at this CSN car collision repair centre in Burlington.

My 3rd time here and so far they are doing great.

I won't ever go back here. I chose this shop as it was a preferred shop" for Burlington Toyota. My car was rear ended and I opted to bring it here to have the rear bumper replaced. When I picked the car up

went here to fix my door after my car got broken into. I had a dent in the side as well as a smashed window. The staff was very courteous and competent. They also put a warranty on their work. I'd gone to another autobody shop in Hamilton before I came here and after a week of delays and shoddy work moved my car to City (which was recommended by my insurance company). Little bit more expensive, but in retrospect I'd say it's worth it to get it done right the first time.

They use to be good when they were discovery collision, now i wouldn't take my car their if the work was free. Had to take my vehicle back 4 times for the same repair, they simply do not care. i use to recommend people go to them, now, not so much.

The body guys were artists! Obviously they take great pride in their work. They finished up by washing and polishing my car on the exterior, as well as spraying the tire rims and polishing the aluminum wheels! in addition, they cleaned and polished the inside of the car. All looking as good as when the car was purchased. In addition, the woman at the desk was helpful with great personality.

Had such an amazing repair job done by this shop!At first they told me that the repair would only take a weekend and when I didn't hear from them all day Monday I called them and they were very apologetic for not letting me know that they found more damage than they expected. When I went in to pick up my vehicle on the Friday morning they were very apologetic about it taking so long but I didn't care because I can't even tell where the damage was!I would recommend this shop to anyone that drives a Toyota and needs a repair done.

First, they changed the name. Now it is Cars Collision West.Got rear-ended and was referred by insurance to this place. They had a promotion - free car rental if you give them job. When I inquired about freebies they said 'no' because your insurance pays for the car rental. In turn I asked about available freebies for me if they want my business. I asked them to fix front bumper (pencil size paint scratch) for free to sign on the work order. They promised me to fix the front scratch and I handed them my car. They sure did not fix it. They sprayed the scratch with the paint which washed away by the time I came to pick up the car. When I pointed to the problem I've heard the most ridiculous explanation possible. Here it is: Let me tell you something about the Paint world... the paint is water soluble

I was very pleased with the work to my car done by Brandon Di Luca . I backed into a snowbank and dented the skirt underneath my back bumper, They took the skirt of and heated it and pushed the bent out. I was expected it to look crinkled but it was very smooth , just like a new. They saved me about $300.00. I had another quote and was told it couldn't be fixed, that I had to get a new one.

After a debauchery with my insurance adjuster (not the company, just the lazy adjuster) CSN Auto was able to get my Jeep in, repair it and have it back to me in a very reasonable time, looking good as new. They are incredibly efficient, their customer service is incredible and the work they do is top notch! When I picked up my Jeep, not only was she sparkling clean on the outside, but the inside was just as immaculate! Russ even ensured that the rental I had set up with Enterprise wasn't a dinky little compact car.Thanks for taking such great care of my Jeep and me! :)
