Vancor performed a modernization project on twin traction elevators at our 14 level apartment building in Vancouver. Nick and Paul are highly professional, extremely experienced and knowledgeable about all facets of these systems. Nick and Dave worked diligently and without any real disruption to our owners. The project was on time, very neatly done and came in under budget. I had an elevator issue on Saturday.Nick came on Saturday, without having contract with the building. He explained his limitations, but still came to look at the elevator. I called 4 companies before Vancor and non of them even consider to look at the issue.I am grateful.
