I called Sylvia Brown 10 days ago on July 30 this year as recommended by our neighbors and met face to face with her 2 days later. We trusted her advices, barely 10 days after my initial call, on Aug 10 we received multiple offers. I think how to delicately handle the multiple offer situation is when sellers could use the experience of a good realtor most, we didn't jump into taking the 1st offer which was already over our asking, two more offers came in 2 hours before the irrevocable time of the first offer.
