Jim is absolutely professional, he showed us different tires options and explain to us the difference, no hard sell and definitely good price compare to other shops. Jim is a cheerful person, I am very happy to have found his shop and the installation was fast perfect. I will recommend to my friends.

THIS GUY SELLS REFURBISHED TIRES AS NEW!Horrible service. This guy installed a tire that he sold me and HE FORGOT TO TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS. My tire fell riding 50 meters down the street. I went back and tried to not cause any issue but now I found out the tire he sold me was faulty. I came back to ask for an explanation and he threatened me and told me I couldn't do anything about it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

In a time where big block stores/chains leave consumers yearning for quality customer service and care, Autopia is a refreshing callback to independent small store owners that offered service that exceeds client expectations.I have a unique car (Smart fortwo) that requires special tires. I set up an appointment with my Mercedes Benz dealer because we had a slow leak in one of our rear tires. After quoting us a price and servicing the rest of our car (including brakes...which had to get done), the mechanic at Mercedes called us back and told us that tires for the smartcar were back ordered and it would be 6 months before they would expect anything in. It was a little frustrating because, with a flat tire, the car was useless for us. They temporarily patched the tire for us but that didn't last long.I tried Big O Tires, Kal Tire, OK Tire, and Costco and they each told me the same thing that Mercedes told me: Back ordered

The boss here too nice! He's able to help me with my tire when every other tire shop is closed! And he sells the best tires for the best price :) it was a nice talk too!

I bought a set of used winter tires from this shop, and was very impressed. The owner went above and beyond to clean my rims and rebalance the wheels for no extra cost. My mom and a close family friend have also bought tires from here.Notes: you will need to pay in cash, so it's better to call ahead and ask if they have your tire size/ballpark cost. However, there is no answering machine, so if he doesn't pick up at first, you might need to wait for a callback. Also, he does not write official receipts - just his handwriting on the back of a business card. That said, I was still impressed with the overall service.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE. THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND RIP YOU OFF.I went to get my flat tire repaired. They asked for cash and asked me to come back in an hr. It looked fine when I picked up my car. I drove back home and found the tire still flat, with the nail still inside. The tires weren’t even balanced. I thought everyone should know

I went down for a set of used tire. The sales person was really nice , he is very knowledgeable about his product and professional. Price is better than any other shops as well . Great service .

Jim has taken care of me and my family’s cars for the last 10 years. Always views above and always gives us the best price and advice. I am grateful for his friendship and incredible service. I know when I drive away from his shop I’m more safe on the road.

Jim is amazing! We popped in to get a new tire after losing our old one to a nail in side, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. 10/10 would go to him with a tire emergency again.
