In July 2022, My father (74 years old) had a very bad fall which caused him loose mobility for approximately 5 weeks. We were very concerned with how to care for him during this time. We called Bayshore to see how PSW support could see to my father's personal needs, and also make his recovery more manageable for our family. Bayshore promptly sent over a care manager to review the situation, and make recommendations on how we an care for him. My father was reluctant to continue with PSW care, however we talked him into just trying it. The PSW who came took amazing care of my father, saw to his personal needs and also helped to encourage him. My dad's now on the road to recovery, and we're thankful Bayshore was there.

Great home care services for my aging mom. We have been using Bayshore since last 2 years and would highly recommend it to those looking for personal care and in home nursing. I can work and take care of my kids simultaneously while my mom can be safe at home.

Not very well scheduled and many nights not covered. call procedure is very poor. Very upsetting for an older person if they dont have an advocate.

If I could give a negative rating for the management of this company I would. Bayshore was hired by the LHIN to provides us with weekend, night, nursing care for my acutely, ill father. However, our weekend nurse regularly cancels and we are often not notified in advance. When we call to speak to the supervisor Mark, he explains that there is a shortage of nurses and that if we don't like it, he can personally call the LHIN for us and cancel Bayshore's services. There is no apology for the lack of notice when there is a cancellation and complete disregard for the stress that the lack of service causes families. My elderly mother stayed up until 12:30AM waiting for the nurse to arrive and when she didn't she contacted Bayshore, only to be told by someone that they would look into it and call her back. No one ever called. I believe that because this company is contracted out by the government, they think that they are not accountable to anyone. They work with the most vulnerable and should be ashamed of themselves for constantly letting people down. Go with another company if you are able.

Late August, my father was in hospice care at home. During the day my family was the primary caregivers but at night we needed rest; so I reached out to Bayshore Home Health to arrange for night nurses. I highly recommend this group if you are seeking in home nursing assistance. Every nurse who came to our home was professional, compassionate and cared for my father as they would have cared for their own parent. Working with the team who coordinates and arranges for nursing assistance was easy and seamless; and they were available whenever we needed them, which means the world during such a difficult time. My family and I could never have coped or managed the last 2 weeks of my fathers life without the assistance of this group. The night my father passed, the Bayshore nurse quietly came and gathered us so we could be with him as he left us. Her grace and compassion were the same as all the other nurses we had the pleasure of meeting and working with during my fathers finals days and weeks. I highly recommend the services of this company.

Poor customer service. When i requested another copy of my invoice they have raised the charges and the nurse was coming for 20 minutes for take care of my wound. And surprisingly I was charged for 1 hr =46$. also, when you will terminate service and the nurse will come to get the documents file and the same amount they will charge.

Very Mixed experience but Management is really the worst thing of this organization. We were referred to this home care company by the CCAC to care for senior parent. I will not paint it all neg we have had some good people that would care to help and service while others just come to do nothing and watch. Management and communication with management would be more complicated than talking brick walls. No matter what you ask to correct to modify or require...,no hope. Glad we are not fully relying on them and wish will never need to.

Very responsive team. Especially when my mother's health condition changed day to day. Appreciated the communication, professionalism and compassion from the whole team, both in-office and in-home care personnel.

We had services from Harshkumar Patel as Companion.We were very happy with his service. My husband has Dementia andhe really did good job by interacting with him.He played Lumosity, took him for walk, played bollywood songs. We live in Brampton and now he has moved to Dixie& Dundas and we have lost his services. I miss him. I had no worries when my husband was with him.
