Top Hat Chimney Sweep
We have been using Top Hat since 1996 for a fireplace and now 2 wood burning stoves. We have used them for cleaning, maintenance and repairs over the years. They are the best! Friendly and outstanding professional service from everyone at Top Hat. Thank You!!

Spoke with Randys (owner) mom who makes appointments regarding rain caps. Randy owner never returned message. Called again and she explained they have been busy, and that she did give Randy the message. Wait till end of week and if you do not hear from Randy to call again.. I did called 2x left a message asking for a referral or a call back. Nope nothing. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS.

Top Hat Chimney Sweep
Took 4 months for them too come for a chimney sweep. They weren't comfortable doing the job do to the shaft being too corroded and didn't wanna poke a hole in it so I asked if it would be ok to try n still use it. They said it looked clear and to give it a go but come to find out the whole shaft was cracked in half! Go somewhere else.

Excellent and they used drop clothes everywhere including the route from our fireplace to the door they entered the house from. There was no ash or dust from their cleaning. They are highly recommended by us. And Judy the receptionist was very nice!

Family business, local, arrived on time, very careful and took precautions to protect my home. Did a thorough inspection of every area of concern and did not try to do anything unnecessary. They operate on their excellent reputation and integrity. Highly recommend this business.

Top Hat Chimney Sweep
I used this business last year and they were great. Communication was fantastic as they were able to come a little earlier and called to be sure that was ok with me. They even noticed a small opening in a joint that needed repair and took care to fill it as part of the cleaning service. The guys were very neat too. The only thing they left me with was a clean and safe fireplace. I will use them again in the spring!

Top Hat Chimney Sweep
I just moved into a new home with a fireplace and a wood stove and called Top Hat Chimney for an inspection and cleaning. Randy and Andy were professional, clean, and so nice. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and resolved what I did need efficiently and thoroughly. Randy took time to show me what was going on and to answer all of my questions. I'll definitely call them in the future.

Professional and clean service. Not a speck of dust left behind! Very knowledgeable owner, he recommended everything we needed done for a very safe and reasonably priced job. I would never call anyone else to protect my home and family. Top hat is the best!
