I ordered on Delivered • #4411463851 Bacon Cheddar Cheese Sauce BakedPotato (Cals: 420)2 Bacon Deluxe 1/4 lb* Single Chesse. When I get my food it was very cold and they send me frozen fries with Row bacon . The burgers was so cold even the cheese was not melted in side .

Horribly bad service! They never listen to you, they always get the order wrong, and you always leave unsatisfied!Tonight, I was grabbing a bunch of food for some friends, and I & we got the wrong order completely... was supposed to be 2 Dave Single combos (small drinks, medium fries), 1 jbc combo (small drink, medium fries, 1 crispy chicken BLT combo (small drink, medium fries) and 1 bacon double stack combo (medium fries, small drink).They ended up giving us 1 Dave's burger and small fries, 2 large drinks (which i never ordered), 1 chicken burger (which was wrapped in a JBC wrapper) small fries, and 3 deluxe cheese burgers with small fries. They mixed up the packaging for the burgers, gave us the wrong ones AND charged me for 3 combos (including 3 small drinks) BUT didn't give them to us. Not to mention the chicken was under cooked and the burgers were apparently extremely cold & flavorless". All of that came up to over $60 dollars!!!!! Insanity!I am completely and utterly upset and unsatisfied with the service as well as the food. Definitely will NOT be coming here again!!"

Drive thur seem to have the better service. In dining.... I will never do again.The lady in the blue manager shirt was trying her best to correct the endless mistakes her employee had done. She would of been better off firing the young lady on the spot.So very rude and disrespectful. She was not at all listening to what we were ordering and had the nerve to get mad at us, four customers trying to get her to correct the orders.She stormed of as we were trying to explain to her what was wrong. She kept tell us we didn't order any of it.It was unreal....taco salad with no taco, meals with no fries or drinks.but we paid for it. No bacan for the baked potato, just a pinch of chives but I had to ask for the sour cream. It was so frustrating we took what we had and sat down.Then some man came around and was coughing at people while eating in the restaurant. Not a customer....he was walking and stopping between the tables. So we all got VERY sick two days later with the flu.....NEVER EATEN IN EVER AGAIN!

Hot and fresh and does customized orders with perfection. They are so fast. Amazingly fresh and juicy. They don't use old stuff. I saw a woman manager leading the team.Thanks! Please keep up the good work!

I went in about 11:30pm. It was very busy and my order was messed up. So one of the employees helped remake my order and Lauren the manager was such a sweet guy, he was really overwhelmed and tried his best to hold everything down. He apologized multiple times (even though it wasn’t a big deal to me) but I just want to say he deserves some recognition.

We were at this place yesterday for dine in .I’m very disappointed, foods are good but to find a clean tables and chairs to set to eat .None of them are clean at all .I informed the cashier to let them know that someone had to wipe down all the tables and chairs. Covid still exists and they say they are very busy !! Really. Poor management

Tip : ask for fresh fries on drive thru. You will get nice steamy crispy fries!Best fries for fast food chain in my opinion.
