We installed a new air conditioning system in 2022 and in December had to go looking for the right replacement filter. We tried locally without success so went searching via Amazon and the name Exponet Canada came up. I made a mistake in the size and the first filter would not fit. In reaching out the Exponet Customer Team assisted in every way possible and sent us a discounted shipping label so we got back the majority of our purchase price. We were very pleased with the result and the professional attitude and customer centric thinking of the team was refreshing.We ordered the correct filter direct from Exponet, it fit like a glove and arrived several days earlier than the projected delivery date.We will definitely we buying our filters from Exponet in the future and would recommend their products, which are very high quality.

B aught 3 humidifier filters 3 years ago and used them all.Lately order 3 more last week.These are for General Aire brand.arrived as promised. Works very good. Better service every years for good performance.

Was not sure if this was a real or legit company, as the website was a bit barebones. However, it worked just fine and by far they had the best prices on the filter I needed. Shipping was fast and free. Emails after the online purchase were sent promptly and kept me updated on my order. I will for sure use Exponet again if their prices remain so good and have free shipping.

Great service. Ordered the part online. The description was very clear for the solenoid I was buying. Very quick turn around from when the order was placed to when I received it. It took less than 2 days. It was exactly the part I needed. Will buy from them again.

I’ve bought filters from Exponet just a couple times but I was sold on their service my first order. I placed my 1st order and then realized it might arrive when we were away on vacation. I call Exponet and was able to delay shipping for a couple weeks until after our vacation. I didn’t have to make a 2nd call, they just made it all work. Easiest and fastest way to order your filters and stay ahead of your maintenance requirements. The previous owners left their 3-pak box beside the furnace, and when it was time for me to replenish, I didn’t hesitate to re-order. Great value and super-fast shipping.

If I could give Exponet Canada more stars, I would! My husband and I had a difficult time finding the correct size of filter for our new furnace and we ordered several different sizes from different companies. Finally the filter from Exponet fit! But that's not the end of the story ... When returning the filters that didn't fit, we returned the wrong filters to Exponet and this is why they deserve more than 5 stars ... Anne from Exponet offered to personally drive the wrong filters over to the correct company as they were just a few blocks away, if it would help!! Now, that's what I call Customer Service. If this is the way they treated us with a competitors product, I figure they'll stand by their own products with tenacity! It's been a long time since I've seen anyone care about their customers like Anne at Exponet Canada Inc. Exponet has a customer for life. Coming from the corporate world I can tell you that you can't train for this level of Customer Service. I will be using this story as an example of excellence for years. Thanks again Anne!

I wanted to get the best filter for my home furnace that was a Merv 16, let me say these are not your typical furnace filters they are at the top of the class when it comes to filtration. Exponet was a company that I found by doing a Google search and I was not disappointed at all... Their website was simple to use by furnace filter size, order today delivery tomorrow.Update this is my second order of the same filter after a home renovation and I can say the service was exceptional.
