Charlotte and the staff were terrific help in choosing the right power wheelchair for our daughter. With all my questions and return visits, she made sure we had all the information we needed to make the right decision. NSM had a great selection to chose from. Thank you Charlotte!

I have purchased a few things from NSM for my aging parents. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate and very familiar with their customers.Karen in particular has been extremely helpful.

The Sentida bed is amazing. After 5 years it still looks brand new. But nothing is perfect, and recently we needed some service. That's where National Seating & Mobility shines. They genuinely care about their customers and they took good care of us. The service team was fast, really attentive, and professional. Overall, the whole team was wonderful and we did not have to worry about a thing. 5 stars!

I highly recommend National Seating and Mobility. My entire experience with them was very positive. When I talked with them about what model of power wheelchair would work best for me and my situation, they were very helpful in assisting me in choosing the model that was best for my needs, life circumstances and finances. They communicated well throughout the process. Due to other physical conditions, I had special requirements that needed to be met if I were to be comfortable in the chair and they were patient and helpful throughout the whole process of making adjustments to the chair. My new wheelchair has been life changing and life enhancing and I feel grateful to NS&M for their help with this.

I highly recommend SelfCare for both their products and exceptional service. Charlotte is very helpful and knowledgeable. She quickly responds to all questions. The tech team is friendly and skilled. We’ve recently purchased both a bed and a pathway ramp. The bed is perfect and the tech team made sure we knew how everything worked once it was put together. When installing the ramp, they put in extra time and worked around dense shrubs and existing railings. The ramp looks amazing and the team did a fantastic job. Thank you, Self Care!

I bought an older model scooter from a friend and then went to National Seating & Mobility on Pemberton Ave in North Vancouver. I required new tires which had to ordered in as well as work on the motor. At each step of the way the team members explained the process. I felt the bill was reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. Their client care is genuine. Much gratitude to this team!

I would highly recommend National Seating & Mobility in North Vancouver to anyone experiencing mobility challenges and who also requires specialized equipment, like a power wheelchair.On my first visit to the store I spoke with Charlotte, who after giving her a very brief description of my situation, knew enough to ask me before we proceeded any further ‘Do you have an Occupational Therapist?’ I told her not at this time, but hopefully soon. This same question was asked of me by another well established mobility equipment provider in the lower mainland, so I was now aware of the importance of obtaining one. Just the same, it was reassuring to know that she had my best interests in mind for a positive outcome with my health insurance provider, by ensuring we had all our ducks in a row.In the meantime, she arranged to bring in some different models of power wheelchairs for me to test drive and learn about. Whenever she was out of the office, she arranged for her assistant Karen to be available for any questions I might have. Long and short of it, once I was assigned my OT by VCH, the three of us (Charlotte, myself & my OT) were able to work together as a team to get me outfitted with the exact power wheelchair that I required. Unfortunately it was not possible for it to be delivered before Christmas, however, Charlotte went the extra mile and came in on her days off (along with Ron, who will eventually service it for me some day) between Christmas and New Years to deliver it in person. NSM left me feeling assured I was, and will continue to be, well taken care of.
