My latest visit was wonderful. It took just a minute for the tech to figure out my phone's issue. Previous visits haven't gone as well but after this one I'm looking forward to a better level of customer service.

worst customer serves ever, what kind of system will say 'wait for half an hour or more to speak to a rep, and the store basicly do nothing, want to change plan? go call the serves and wait for 2 hour ringing until your battery runs our, want to cancel your account? do the same and wait even more!

FIDO is the worst! Its a branch of Rogers and everyone knows about there scams.. My plan was suppose to be 37.50$ as a promo for having trouble with them already. I was getting bills for 100$ every month. I had them for three months, they send me a bill for 90$ the first month so I paid the bill, then the next month they said it was 180$ I asked why and they said i did pay my first bill in full and the charges were charged interest. They will keep interest charges going for months and months without you knowing, even if you pay your bill every month on time. Super scam!! DONT USE THEM

As a current customer, I had a few queries that I wanted clarity on and had just happened to pass by during their business hours. The door was locked, and even with my face mask on, I was not invited into the store. The street outside the store was busy and noisy, which is not the most ideal conditions for communication. The staff member’s attitude was unfriendly and reluctantly responded to my questions. Shockingly poor customer service experience. To make matters worse, this was not a once-off incident.In short, don’t bother making the trip here. Rather call the customer care number who are way more than willing to assist you!

I've been trying to get ahold of someone for two and a half hours and nobody is picking up the phone or calling me back. Abysmal customer service so far.Edit: turns out they randomly closed for two days but none of this information was available anywhere.

Patrick is the best customer service provider I have ever met in Victoria he would search for the best deals for you and is very welcoming! I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

I read these reviews before I went in, but went in anyways because it's the only Fido store in downtown Victoria. I downgraded from a smart phone to a flip, with talk and text only. I figured I'd get lousy service as I wasn't spending any money - it was all covered by my Fido dollars actually. The young man who helped me was awesome - got me the phone, hooked it all up and got it running for me. Super helpful, answered all my questions, and was a pleasure to deal with. I asked his name when we were all done and he said it was Josh" - having read the reviews on here

Second visit (follow-up) today to set-up my unlocked Bell phone with a Fido account. Had a wonderful experience with Anastasia and Rowan. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was especially glad to find out that Fido now has access to much more of the Rogers network (extensions?). Hope my after-sales service is as good going forward.
