Red Arrow Edmonton South Ticket Office

Had a good trip on Red Arrow from Calgary to their location in South Edmonton by the Ramada. Afterwards we took an Uber to our final destination Once there, I realized that my laptop bag was not with me, and I must have left it at Red Arrow while waiting for our Uber ride to arrive. I called, and Amanda was very polite, and walked around the reception area to look for the bag while I was on the phone. She found it, and also told me there was another bag next to it. Not being sure whether the second bag was ours, I said I'd check when I got there. On arriving at Red Arrow, Amanda quickly showed me the bags, and I recognized the second bag as my wife's, which we had not even realized was missing! We are so grateful to Red Arrow for the friendly and helpful service we received.

Comfortable, pleasant atmosphere. Cozy furniture. Washroom kept very clean.

RUDE SERVICE CREWFIRST TIME PASSENGERTERRIBLE EXPERIENCEThe person checking for ticket was rude. I am partially blind and needs time to find my ticket on my phone because I accidentally turn it off when I was in line. She does not seem to care for people who have disability. She did not want me to get on board because she said the bus is running late. When I showed my ticket she did not want to accept it because she said it was from a third party (BusBud) and my name was not on the list. It does not make sense because I booked a round trip ticket form Calgary to Edmonton. My first trip did not have any problem but the going back was the worst. Felt humiliated and discriminated.

The guy working there charged me $15,75 for extra tiny backpack, I am a frequent traveller with Red Arrow and I am for respecting the rules but the guy came to me in a rather rude way, asked me if i was counting on paying for my luggage, talking to me like I was trying to fraud and be dishonest. All of that happened in front of the other travelers, 25 minutes before the bus was supposed to arrive (it was late as usual). I could tell he knew he messed up in his way to approach me. I'm done with Red Arrow for a while.

Red Arrow is my preferred way to travel between EDM and Calgary. They buses are always clean and the staff are mostly polite and helpful. Just wish they offered service to GP. Ebus goes there but I like the luxury of the Red Arrow

Red Arrow is a great alternative to flying for shorter distances.I find the customers of red arrow to be polite and courteous. And the staff are lovely. Busses are clean and stocked well for TP and beverages with mini cookie snacks.

The ticket office is dull but the bus ride was fine. There's no where to set anything down like a book or a pair of winter gloves once you're on the bus.

I sent my #2 son via bus for a trip to a southern destination, and received very friendly service for reservations. Very convenient wait area & the bus was on time, both pickup and arrival at destination. (Unlike airlines) Recommended for anyone not in a rush to go places.

The Red Arrow would be a fully enjoyable ride anywhere without the mask mandate and the revolting urge at the microphone that travellers should denounce one another for any deviation. As if Albertans did not have enough when governments encourage us to turn on one another. This was a particularly despicable aspect of the trip. Other than that, it's okay.Mask mandate is done. It's still a pleasant, affordable ride for the most part.
