U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
Wish there was an option for 0/5 stars. Do not rent from this place if you are looking to get a UHaul. We arrived to the location for our reservation time and the Uhaul trailer had a flat tire. Not only did we have to drive 2 hours to pick it up because UHaul had already given away our previous trailer closer to town, when we arrived the owner of this facility (Auberge Eldo Inn) came out to check the trailer and stated “sorry nothing I can do about the flat tire.” When we asked if he had inspected the trailer when it arrived to his lot as he is required to do he walked into his building and never came back out. Now we have been here for over two hours having to pay for the trailer and wait for “road side assistance” because there is no other size trailer near and we leave to move to British Columbia tomorrow. Do not rent from this location.
