No service in the Bancroft Area anymore, not sure what I'm paying for. Customer service hung up on me 3 times, the 4th call I got through to find out where the town truck was. I'd been waiting 4hrs with no communication or updates from CAA. Really brutal, don't waste your time with CAA if you're from Bancroft.

My wife and I went to caa Peterborough to book a trip to Dominican Republic. We were told to wait two weeks because of workloads. My wife booked our trip and paid for it in the parking lot ourselves within 10 or 15 minutes. The CAA did offer travel insurance at the time, but we had to decline because of not having the trip booked yet.

CAA provides many benefits for its members and opportunities for non-members too. The customer centre is a very neat and open area to facilitate socially distanced browsing. The client serve representatives are efficient and friendly. This is a great place for travel related services and merchandise. Competitive pricing, high quality products, and good perks.
