Escape OK

So very disappointed. We booked a reservation for 8:10pm for our kids and their cousins. They double booked us with a walk in and when the desk employees called the manager they came back with a story about their wifi going down and their reservation system allowing double bookings. It was not the same story we got before the call to management. Their attempt to rectify the situation by offering 20% off a future visit was an insult and not reflective of the situation. I’ve got four young extremely upset kids with no other options for their big night together.

Went with my son and his friend for a night out and had a blast. We did the circus room their only room that's not scary and has much fun...we almost made it and got to the last lock but ran out of them. Staff was very patient and friendly too!

This place is so much fun, my favorite escape room so far! I been there two times and every room is so well designed and creative. Going back again soon

Went with a group of 7, right off the bat, we were told the wrong instructions for the escape room we booked. 3 out of the 4 rooms didn’t work due to their equipment not working, their workers had to manually override the game multiple times in order for our group to continue the game. We had to ask for “clues” even when we correctly solved the puzzle and the staff had the audacity to tell us to try it again when we have already done it 5 times. Not only equipment not working, the escape room wasn’t even reset properly from the last game. The staff even told us we wouldn’t have been able to solve the entire room due to this. Two of us emailed to complain and all the manager was able to offer was 20% off the next escape room. Didn’t take it, not going back.Update: Company clearly takes the word of your employees over their customers. And yes, I would come back for a free game because the company first stated that they didn’t offer refunds. Then came back and said they couldn’t offer a refund because the puzzle was completely solved which wasn’t true. So of course I would take a free game if I couldn’t get my money back. Lastly, leaving a bad review wasn’t a threat. That was simply giving you a notice beforehand as there was so solution to the issue.

We did an 8% success rate room, but it didn't require much thinking. The clues were poorly done. Some doors didn't open when they should have, instead requiring a nudge to open. It was also hard to see. Bad lighting. No flashlight. The room was also pretty small. It felt cramped with my party of 7. They wasted water too, having the tap for one clue running for the whole rest of the hour. They were also unhelpful on the walkie talkie.

The escape room was very fun! We did cursed dungeon and I would recommend trying it 10/10. The staff and customer service was top tier. Our game master Eden was very kind, respectful and professional. Will visit this location again!!

Went here with a group of friends (5 people) and staff were very nice and accommodating! I had originally booked the day before for 4 but called the next day to change the number of people to 5, and there were no problems at all. We did the Top Secret Mission escape room and the puzzles were fun and were actually pretty hard!

Came here multiple times with friends and we've had an amazing experience each time. Each room is fun and challenging, and we managed to escape from all but one :) excellent afternoon or evening activity at a great place with kind staff who are always willing to help!

This is a review for the Enchanted Circus room only.I did the Enchanted Circus room with a mix of adults and kids. I found this blend appropriate for this room. It wasn't scary at all which is great for kids, but it wasn't so easy that any kid could just solve it.The room is a bit dated because it still mainly uses mechanical locks (something that newer escape rooms have moved away from), but that didn't bother me because the kids had a great time.I definitely recommend trying this room as a family. It may be too difficult if all kids, and if all adults, there are better/newer options out there.With that said, I'm giving 5 stars because this is the best escape room to do with kids that I've been to. I can't speak on the other rooms.
