The lady at window 9 I just dealt with was VERY rude. I wasnt even going to complain about the wait. Which was ridiculous given that I filled out everything online and this was supposed to be a short sweet visit. Totally misleading.I was attempting to ask specific questions to get the right info because the generalizations led me to being here without the right stuff in the first place. But instead of listening to anything I said, she talked over me and yelled consistently at me. Got frustrated and told me to leave and that she can't help me. This was a very frightening experience given that I was misinformed and simply wanted the right information and wanted to know if there is something I can do to help get the right information out there so that if someone else is trying to do the same thing, they dont have to waste the hours not having the right info. Ive been in offices before with the wrong info and I fail to understand why they cant seem to put specific information out there. And i got talked over and told that what I have a screenshot of is not whats on the website. As someone with disabilities, I am terrified of having to potentially face her again.The entire experience she was very rude. Talked over me.At this point im scared to return and would prefer to use a different location.Please recosnider who you hire for this job. This woman is not meant for this line of work.

The representative I spoke to would not listen to what I had to say and gave me a bunch of bull I know is not true. When called out, this person kept changing the direction of the conversation. I need to call a lawyer. Shame you have to fight to get a benefit that's under $1000/month. I have several disabilities and can't handle full time anymore.

the lady answering the phones on 06/05/2023 is super rude and inconsiderate to people who may not know their process. she needs to be reprimanded or fired. She would not give me her name and just repeated my questions back to me in a sarcastic tone.

Called to ask a question and the “lady” on the phone was just plain rude. Just because they understand this stuff doesn’t mean that we do, that’s why we’re calling.

Waiting 3 hours to change my name after being married. The “security guard” makes unnecessary and unhelpful comments. I asked him why there was NO ONE at cubicle 1-4 and if they were at lunch to get a better understanding of my wait time and why it’s taking so long. He said “you can sit and wait, they’re doing what they can” like obviously with all 4 cubicles and no one’s number called for over an hour no one is doing their job. This is so disorganized. There should be select delegates ALWAYS calling someone’s numbers one after the other. I have more important things to do than sit here all day and twiddle my thumbs in a dirty smelly office. And guess what, no one still is Calling any numbers. It’s 2:41 pm and only cubicle 2 is open. Only calling “Y” letters. Terrible customer service and the worst SSA office I have ever been to.

Need a replacement card which cannot be completed online. Call to make an appointment and no one ever answers the phone. Online is not clear whether appointments are required, just says expect to wait longer if you walk in. Just running in circles and wasting time with no answers or results.

I'd give ZERO if I could. Went in to get my girlfriend a SSC and the woman that saw us was VERY rude. Talked over us each time we spoke so she wasn't even hearing us and she didn't even look at my girlfriends paperwork. It was around 11:15AM on cubicle 13, she had orange-ish blonde hair and a sour look on her face. Just because your staff has a bad day doesn't give them the right to mistreat a customer. Someone like that shouldn't work with people. We'll be going elsewhere from now on.
