Northern Honda

Quite disappointed in our local dealership unwilling to put effort into their customers to give them the best rate in purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. Prices are outrageous and when I brought up to them that I reached out to Huntsville Honda who provided me with excellent service and willing to get us the best deal out there and seeing if they were willing to match them as I would ideally like to keep my business local it was declined with the words “ we cannot provide you with that deal that apparently Huntsville Honda is offering” well Huntsville Honda beat all my expectations and gave me the BEST price and service out there. Crazy what difference a 1 hour drive south can do. Huntsville Honda made the effort to keep my business and has earned my business where northern Honda tried nothing. Just for example northern Honda was quoting me a 9.99% interest rate to purchase out my current lease where Huntsville Honda was able to offer me with a 6.99% interest rate for the same vehicle!!! I don’t understand how northern Honda sells the vehicles that they do.. my advice to everyone make sure to shop elsewhere before settling with northern Honda.

They provide good value with my vehicle's regular service appointments and have come through for me on several unforeseen issues. Happy to continue using this dealership for our Honda vehicles.

Great experience! Josh helped me buy a used 2019 Honda civic sport and was there to answer every question I had! It was a very easy and stress free process! Definitely recommend working with him! Also John took care of the finance part and did amazing as well! No complaints :)

I went in to have my winter tires mounted on my 2017 Honda Accord sport that I purchased only a little over thirty days ago from Nissan St-Eustache and while doing so Honda noticed that the wrong roters and brake pads had been installed and that my car should not have past the safety not only did they take pictures video and everything else for me to show to dealership i got my car from but they contacted them and dealt with the issue for me getting me reimbursed for all the work that had to be done . They were very easy to deal with and took care of all my issues immediately so I could get my car back as fast as possible

Very dissatisfied with the service department, took 4 trips to north bay for them to find the leak in my air-conditioner, never bolted stuff back up, had to wire it up myself before I could back out my driveway, which caused me late for work. Then I asked them to replace the bolts they didn't put back last time, they said they fixed it. They didn't, they just put a screw through the bottom. Still missing the proper clips, guess my wire job will have to do, till I find a more competent mechanic.

I’ve purchased a few vehicles over the years - Darren is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable salesperson to work with in my experience. I honestly felt he had my best interests in mind, wasn’t pushy or aggressive whatsoever,very informative. He was there to answer any questions I had throughout the entire process. My car died when I was 4 hours away from home and after frantically calling around for a same day fix, Honda was willing to take a look at it between their scheduled appointments on an already busy day. I can't even begin to describe how amazing every employee was. They were so welcoming, helpful and comforting on my very bad day. They definitely know hospitality and customer service!! Thank you to Brad in the service department, and to Todd in sales/appraisals. Everyone else too, of course!! Believe it or not, I actually made it home that day!
