If you don't want to drive to Pearson airport and pay the high parking fee, taking ONEXBUS would absolutely be a smart choice. My first experience was great, the bus was on time, and the driver was extremely kind. I would definitely take it again.

Great option for getting to Pearson airport! I got a text letting me know that the bus would be 10 mins late and arrival time was accurate. Great price. I will definitely use their service again!

I have traveled with them in the last 2 months 3 times and I haven't had any issues. They even call you if you don't show up to see if you are on your way. Timing is perfect as expected. Bus size is according to the amount of people who book. I will use this great service again. Trip: London (ON) to Toronto

I screwed up when booking ( 100% my fault ) and when I realized it a few weeks later I was in another country with no cell service and their customer service online still helped me out. Their online customer service is slow but still helpful.Pick up at Pearson Airport was on time, and a comfortable, clean and quick ride home with 3 kids after a long journey. The driver was extremely kind and helpful also

The most amazing bus company, hands down. They always arrive on time, and prior to departure they call you to ensure that you are on your way and to let you know what time the bus is leaving. EXCELLENT customer service. Very safe drivers. The bus itself is very comfortable and has a bathroom inside the bus. I would choose ONEXBUS over any other bus. No complaints what-so-ever. They arrived in a comfortable coach bus at designated spot right on time . Return trip from Toronto Int'l airport also went off without a hitch. The driver was even considerate enough to track down a passenger that was running a little little rather than just leaving without her. I would definitely recommend this service for anyone heading to or from Toronto.

My first and last ride on this bus. We were supposed to be picked up downtown Toronto. Waited for a long time. They sent uber to bring us to airport. Uber dropped up at wrong terminal. Finally after long long waiting someone answered our calls. We were informed we have to wait 2 more hours for next bus. 6 hours to get to London

We had booked two tickets from London ON to Pearson T1, departing at 7.15 PM, 12th May, and arriving at 9.05 PM. We arrived at the pick up point around 7 and kept waiting. At around 7.20, we called the Onex customer service since we suspected the bus was running late and wanted to confirm the same. However, we were told by the agent (Savi) that there was no bus running from London to the airport at that time. This was said repeatedly by her, even after we confirmed that our tickets were booked correctly. This sent us into panic mode since we did not want to miss our flight. Savi then put us on hold, and every few minutes she would ask for a few details, all the while not confirming whether there was a bus or not. This went on for 20 mins, and as our stress levels increased and patience wore thin, we decided to book a cab to the airport as there was no other way for us to make it on time for our flight. We were still not told explicitly if there was going to be a bus or not. After about 15 mins, as we were halfway out of London, we got a call from the bus driver asking us where we were but it was too late by then.After that, we were on the phone with you and we were promised that we would be getting an email with details on how we would be compensated. It has been three weeks and we still have not heard from you. This is unacceptable.

Great service and customer relations. When I was in a bind and my train was late I booked ONEX to London at the last possible moment. Sold me a ticket, and when I realized I made a mistake and accidentally booked the wrong date, they were flexible, and let me use that ticket for the same day. Even called ahead to let the bus driver know which was appreciated. This service is great. 100% would recommend over larger transport services

i m a bit confused regarding this company. i booked thinking its a bus and a couple hours before my ride, i got a message that a guy in a van would be picking me up. all was well. the ride was fine and the driver was nice.... but i have attempted to book for a ride back 3x and it seems they arent running???? i would have used the service for my return but it wasnt an option.
