Delilah and Ping are the best. They really helped me out with my taxes, making it as painless as possible for me. I had a hard time understanding some things like RRSP contributions and TFSAs, but Delilah took her time explaining everything to me in a way that I completely understood.I would highly recommend anyone use this branch of Liberty Tax for their tax-related needs! I will not be returning. Right from the start the employee was audibly huffing and puffing the entire time. My confidentiality and privacy was severely breached when the employee and i assume the manager spoke of my situation for the entire place to hear. Once the employee returned, all she said was did you hear that?" and explained nothing . Terribly unprofessional."

I met with Delilah recently at the Pembina Hwy location.. She was able to fit me in on short notice, and helped me with a somewhat complex matter. She was very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Then she rose above and beyond the call of duty, and really helped to restore my faith in humanity.The experience was excellent overall, and I recommend this team of professionals.Thank you so much Delilah!
