one of the dudes that works here is mega weird, i bought a drink and he just started groaning and pointing his fingers around

I shop there quite often,although ,there not that friendly but it’s okay ,because they are close .as well when people complain there not very friendly ,people maybe it gets lost in translation ,also the store is well kept .

Cut two keys and both blanks did not fit, - visit 1- asked gentleman upon return - visit 2 to run blank through machine again and to file (as I cut keys as a child at Crosstown Hardware and Electric 538 St. Clair Ave. West and he said to come back when his wife was there as he did NOT know how to use the machine. visit 3 - asked gentleman to file key (I only brought one with me out of 2 and did not bring the original with me (by mistake) and he said that filing it would NOT make a difference as you file the smoothe side and not where the cuts are (not true) I Googled this just to reconfirm, and I was right as I had remembered. Man was raising his voice and agitated and I told him not to yell at me. He said he was not yelling as he said he was expaining and he had already explained 3x and was again getting agitated and raising his voice. I told him to refund my $ as time is $ and I cannot afford nor do I want to return a 4th time with gas and time and $ for this. He said if I take it to Home Depot or Canadian Tire, would be the same thing. He did NOT even attempt to file key as I customer had asked and refused to give me my money back $7.01÷2 = $3.50 and yelled and swore at me in front of the next customer who was buying cigarettes who knows him. She said something about next door and I said pardon me, I didn't understand what you said about next door and she said you don't understand anything. Upon leaving store, I told her to mind her own business, to which she called me a C$N# nice. Told her she was a real class act. I have shopped at this place over the years when I frequent the hair salon in the same plaza and I have also used their ATM machine several times and have been a good and gracious customer over the years, but this is and was absolutely ridiculous. This gentleman should NOT be in a customer service position at all and he and this store have a responsibility to provide a service for money rendered that works or provide a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
