Hardwood floor refinishing sanding Edmonton LTD.

I called this company however the person who works for this company is steeling their business and claiming the work under his company. This being said, they claimed that a top coat will cover 95% of the scratches however no scratches were removed. They neglected the corners, there were bubbles all along the flooring, missed spots, lines and spots.... my floors look worse than they did before! These guys are a hack job! I was crying it looked so bad. I now have to pay more money to have it fixed by someone else because I don’t trust them and the job they do. They didn’t refund my money and lied as to what they claimed. They gave me some product to touch it up, however it is not the same shone as the rest. I’m beside myself and the lack of professionalism, quality, and customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Our hardwood floors look totally new, actually they look better than new, fantastic.Very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of this flooring crew!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried calling this company and didn’t even get seven words in before the gentleman on the other end abruptly cut me off, told me they were way to busy to even talk to me, then hung up on me. Unbelievable. I’m still in shock.

Total jackass! Phone call lasted about 5 min. I asked how much it may be per square foot he said it would cost $200 to find out . Then he called me a millennial and a moron. LolI’m 38 and have done 8 million in renovations and restorations. I was just looking for some new pricing. Stay away from this guy he will milk every penny for the simplest jobs.No respect. I fire guys like this weekly for poor customer service. Deserves negive stars. STAY AWAY!!!

trash customer service, asked about repairing dog scratches. immediately sent me to kijiji saying he has to pay his guys 50 bucks an hour blah blah. immediately dismissive and rude.
