Ordered a new painted fender for my VW - fender arrived with a scratch & the paint job looks like it was done by someone who just started doing bodywork - So many bubbles. The pictures are just from a few spots, there were many more. Disappointed in the quality of the paint job considering the average review score this place has.

Company and Service were good. The product is okay. My issue is the quality of the paint. I order this bumper Sept 21. Had a Dodge dealership install it. I live in Toronto. I don't drive rocky roads. This was a year's worth of 401 driving. Its bad enough now that it has to be repainted. Again, this is City driving, not off-roading. I can understand a few rock chips over this time but the entire bumper is spotty. Not a great paint quality.

Product shipped pretty quickly and arrived damage free! The fitment of the rear bumper I ordered is really good. However, the paint match of the bumper is not a very good match to the paint on the vehicle. I provided the paint code from the information plate on the vehicle but it's not the best looking match as it's noticeably darker and nowhere near enough metallic in the paint. Disappointing!

I needed a new tailgate for my 2013 Ford F150 (with step, pole, and camera). It was a reasonable price compared to used ones, and ended up being a perfect fit and colour. Paint job was very good even in the inside of the tailgate.

Ordered a replacement passenger mirror. I received the part 2 weeks after ordering. The part arrived very well packaged and protected. The paint colour matches very well. I did notice a couple small imperfections in the paint and so let the company know and they advised they would refund my paint cost right away. Good customer service and over all good transaction.
