The Russian consule is so rude and most likely will not do anything for you unless you pay extra. Your money is his food. If you want to get your passport done it is super hard to get them. There are short lines but you can barely get in. Questions may be answered since public ones usually are, but will not help. Then again, they may not even be answered in private. The people putting five stars on these reviews most likely have a play in this consulate office, that is why they put 5 stars.There is no reason to put even one star for this consulate, or the Russian consule in it. The consule even told us to go away immediately after we asked him a simple question about how we can make our passport. He said I didn't even have to come here" Please like if you agree
