This location in campbellford has been very good to me. I have had to make claims due to unfortunate circumstances with my home. The adjuster during the difficult time was very reasonable throughout the claim process. The brokers at Allen insurance have always been thorough about coverage and very proactive in getting the best company to fully cover all your needs and requirements of home insurance. Highly recommend this location and staff . I have always been treated well and with great consideration.

Allen Insurance is one of the best insurance companies I have dealt with, and I have dealt with a few, I love these group of people, Liam Webster is my agent, he truly cares about what you need and he went above and beyond to make sure I understood the car/tenant policies. Also had the opportunity to deal with Crystal Marsh, she is very professional and caring, there is no waiting for days for a response from either Liam or account manager Crystal. To summarize; Professional, Efficient, Caring and to top it off - Best Rates!!! Highly recommend!

There is a reason that this company has 5 stars... Tara Eakins!!! I switched from Cooperators a year ago, because they spent more effort trying to not cover any claims then they did looking after their clients. Tara and Allen Insurance have been true to their word. My son was just in an accident 2 days ago and we are almost wrapped up with the claim already. I very much appreciate this organization and the REAL people running it! Thanks Tara!

I cannot say enough about the outstanding job done by Tara Eakins as I needed tenant insurance for a move . She was absolutely amazing and helpful. I am non verbal so she could only contact me by email and helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend her for anyones insurance needs. Thank you Tara!!
