Have been to this dealership a few times for small warranty items or general advice on dyi items. Service department is great and very helpful and honest. I highly recommend this dealership for your Mazda needs. Will definitely purchase my next Mazda from here in a few years.Update had my car in on Saturday and as always had amazing service. I love how it’s dog friendly my dog enjoyed all the extra attention.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The pre-owned certified Mazda was slightly more than other used options, but I recieved the car in a mechanically perfect shape with brand new tires. This was shocking. 80% or used vehicles are safetied with expired/illegal tires and consequently mayb have a number of undisclosed mechanical issues. Customer purchase" service is wonderful. Will write back about their "service" service when time comes. I am glad to be back to the Mazda family!"

Jennifer and LaurieAnn were a pleasure to deal with.My car arrived faster than the initial wait time I was given, and they updated me every step of the way. I've purchased/owned many vehicles, but this experience was by far the best. I have been shopping for a cx5 and found the one I wanted at Achilles Mazda. Sunny replied back quickly and was super friendly and informative. The day of picking up the vehicle, I was sent a video of my vehicle all cleaned, and kept inside. Although I was running behind, LaurieAnn was very friendly and helpful on delivery. Very happy with the vehicle and a big thank you to the team at Achilles Mazda!

Would give negative stars if I could. This service department gives the rest of the automotive industry a bad name, stay away at all costs.-edit- my family member brought their car to you, I thankfully am smart enough to know never buy a Mazda especially from you guys.

I got in touch with Derek Mandy twice in the last 4 years and every time he exceeded expectations from a car dealership and didn’t try to just make a sale but made a relationship. He was so thorough and detailed in his emails and phone conversations and really responds quickly. He gave me multiple options for whatever suites my needs. I highly recommend him and will definitely go to Derek for any Mazda needs.

Would give negative stars if possible. Took an hour to do an oil change and than gave me a laundry list of repairs for things I didn't ask to be checked and I know didn't need doing. My car barely left the parking lot and the check engine light came on and started running extremely rough. Brought it immediately back to them to have them tell me it needs 800 additional dollars in repairs for the ignition system. I dont believe in coincidences, they clearly tampered with my vehicle. Horrible service department, stay away at all costs!

Never dealt with Mazda before and after my experience, I will want to continue giving them my business. Derek was so easy to work with and helped answer all of my questions. He is very good at what he does and I highly recommend his services when selected your next Mazda. LaurieAnn walked me through everything I needed to know about the vehicle upon receiving it and made me feel like I was now part of the Mazda family. Looking forward to seeing them again every time I go for my visits.

I recently got my car from here after 10 Months of waiting when I received my car unfortunately the cluster has some issues that I find out at the time of delivery and dealership has told me that it will be replaced once new part is arrived, I thought nevermind I have waited for 10 Months it doesn't hurt to come back and change it after couple days. Yesterday I went to location as I had appointment to change the cluster and some how the new part that got installed has even more scratches than before I am so disappointed with the service and service person told me that they need to reordered the part and replace it again and I have to wait week or 2 again.And again have to come back from Northyork to here in milton.I don't know what's going on I hope it will be fixed next time properly.
