Trying to find a stronger word than 'exceptional' - Ameet's customer service is next level. Communication was easy, effective and he even made the delivery in such a quick manner. I made a separate purchase last year and the service was the same then too - exceptional - that's why I thought of him when I wanted to make another purchase this time around. If he can supply what you're looking for there is absolutely no reason to buy elsewhere.

Top notch customer service. The owner is a beauty of a person. Called looking for a store front and the guy came downstairs and hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of smoking/vape accessories. And the prices are definitely the most competitive in town.

Ordered a variety of Crave Salts from Smokers Emporium. They are one of my absolute favourite nic salt producers. They have great customer service in advising me Dunks had been renamed to Hoops to avoid any confusion on arrival, and it came in a very timely manor. Will definitely not hesitate to order from them again.

These guys have definitely earned my loyalty. When I received the wrong strength of my vape juice I asked them if I could exchange the unopened bottles and instead they offered to simply replace the wrong bottles without me returning the wrong ones at no extra costs to me!! I’m very satisfied with my customer service experience with them as well because they responded quickly with multiple solutions and they were eager to make it work out for me! I highly recommend Smoker’s Emporium!! Thank you for efficiently and effectively solving my problem!
