Waterworld Pools

In the summer of 2019 we decided we needed an in-ground pool and contacted all of the local pool companies. We had never been through this process before and were very confused by all of the options and decisions. We immediately liked and trusted Andrew Lipscombe and decided to go with Waterworld. This was the beginning of an almost 2 year process ( Covid demand, permitting issues, etc,) that has resulted in our having an in-ground pool that we use and love every day. Throughout the whole process everyone we dealt with from Waterworld was polite, friendly, informed and professional. It was such a big job ( and expense) but everything came together perfectly and for the price Andrew quoted us 2 years ago. I can't recommend Andrew and Waterworld pools highly enough.

Fantastic experience! Responsive, professional and friendly. Called them to re-assemble a pool table. They were great to deal with, arrangements were simple, good pricing. Installers came by when scheduled, again professional and friendly; did an amazing job putting the table back together. Highly recommended.

We love our new pool from WaterWorld! The team was wonderful to work with, did a great job of cleaning up after completion and provided full service throughout. We had a couple of hiccups, but they were addressed promptly and to our complete satisfaction! Would highly recommend them.

They have an awesome staff from top to bottom and everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly.They helped us refurbish our old pool and it looks brand new! They were upfront and honest about pricing and time lines. There was no shock with the final bill and the prices were very fair.We will absolutely be using there services moving forward and we have/will recommend them to friends and family.They absolutely deserve this 5 star review, as we could not be happier with our experience!

Amazing service. Water World Pools has helped me out multiple times with our pool. from opening and closing, installing a new liner, and most recently helping us get rid of an algae issue which is a pain. Within 2 days of doing a treatment of chemicals and procedure for a ton of algae that took over our pool its gone (see attached image)! thanks for the great advice Garret and the team.

Waterworld Pools did a tremendous job installing our new inground pool. They kept us informed of progress and promptly resolved any issue that arose. Excellent customer service! Glad we chose this company!

Fantastic selection of products and really friendly knowledgeable customer service in this store! I went in to ask what I could do about algae overgrowth in my hot tub (we went away and didn't balance our tub first- yikes!). They gave me some great helpful products and recommendations.
