I have been going to the Canadian Tire store in North Sydney since I was a kid. The manager, Bernie Bonner, and his team offer an amazing service. They remember, build a relationship and take good care of their customers, which is why I'm a 'Lifer' to this particular location. Keep up the good work!

The paint counter staff is useless. I waited for over 30 minutes and I walked away without even being talked to by staff. They do not know where ANYTHING is. They march back and forth through the aisles scratching their heads. Unbelievable!

I got tires on and rims, so I asked them to put them together (tires on rims) when they did this the tires starting shooting foam out of the tire, and I had to get them replaced. So when I realized that’s not how it’s supposed to go (I’m a kid) I went and explained this to them and they basically told me I have no proof. Now whether they did this on purpose or not to rip off a kid. They still didn’t take responsibility for their actions. I won’t be going here unless I’m made right, this kind of situation helps nobody. You guys lose business and money and I lose money as well. It’s safe to say not taking responsibility for your actions certainly does not pay any bills.

I had very bad experience just now. I went in for buying one set of tires but the auto parts representative straight told me we are closed not gonna find tires for you. At least he could say we do have tires but unfortunately its closing time so it would be good if you can come sometime tomorrow. I hope you remark my comments.

This store is totally amazing, everything I ever needed has been there at every location.All of the staff at all these locations are very friendly and 99 % know what they are talking about unlke 99% of all stores in Sydney ns.
