New Concept Hair Studio
I have been going to this studio to see Lindsay for my hair extensions since September and absolutely love her. The salon itself is bright and clean, staff are always very welcoming and friendly. I live in Abbotsford and though I could probably find a salon closer to home, I won’t be seeking out anything closer because I genuinely really love every appointment that I’ve had with her! 10/10 you won’t regret it !

Love this salon! Clean, modern, and everyone is so friendly! ❤️ I’ve had my hair done by Cassy and she did a phenomenal job. My boys have also had their haircuts here and they much prefer to go here than anywhere else in town. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a good hair stylist that you can trust, this is the place. Jessi is knowledgeable and honest. Hair health is very important to me and she’s someone who can make your hair look good and still keep it healthy. I’m impressed the fact that how much she cares. If your choice is going to damage your hair she wouldn’t go for it even though she can make money on it. And I’m sure everyone else has the same attitude in this salon. Overall, great hairstylist, clean and modern space, and amazing customer service. You won’t be disappointed!

Kelsey at New Concept has been doing my hair for over a decade. She knows exactly what I want, even when I can’t articulate it myself, and I always leave happy with the results. All of the stylists are thoughtful, creative, and extremely knowledgeable about hair. The studio is meticulously clean and has an excellent selection of hair products, too. I recommend New Concept to everyone!

New Concept is the best salon in town! Between the welcoming, bright and clean space to the always friendly and knowledgeable staff, I have always had a great experience here. Betty Ann started cutting my hair back in Hope over 15 years ago and now Kelsey has been cutting my hair for years and I always leave feeling great about my hair! Everyone knows how hard it is to find a good hair dresser, so look no further! You won’t leave here disappointed!

I have been a client of New Concept for years now. My girl Kelsey is the only one I will let touch my hair!! I have had other stylists butcher it in the past and she is always on point and leaves me feeling fresh and fabulous. They have an amazing line up of products and are very knowledgeable when it comes to what works on different types of hair!
