Wonderful first grooming experience. Paloma took her time to make sure my puppy and I felt comfortable and sent updates and pictures throughout. You can really tell she cares about animals and I felt super comfortable leaving my baby with her. Absolutely recommend.

Kind and compassionate groomer! Paloma takes the extra time and effort to make sure that our pups feel safe when being pampered. Not to mention the cute photoshoot they receive at the end!

It was fate when we met Paloma at rens. So glad I've found someone I trust with my dog. She is patient, kind, friendly and really cares about your fur baby! Made sure my dog was comfortable during the whole process and had no problems getting her nails done. Thank you thank you!!

Paloma did such a wonderful job with my senior rescue chihuahua. I wasn't sure how he would be for his first groom, she was so gentle and caring with him. I could tell he was not only comfortable with her, but really enjoyed all the attention. His coat is so shiny and he smells amazing. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We are so lucky to have found Paloma to groom our boy Ben. Traditional grooming salons were just too stressful for the both of us! Paloma is so kind and empathetic and handles him amazingly. Not to mention he always comes home looking fresh and handsome. I never would have thought Ben would actually enjoy going to the groomer. Thank you Paloma!!

Paloma is a wonderful person! She's kind, empathetic, patient, and very professional. I felt very at ease in her presence. I loved that she uses positive / force-free grooming methods. This may mean that you aren't able to get your nail trimming / grooming done on the first visit, but this approach means that your pet won't be traumatized by their visit and will want to return. Paloma focuses on building good relationships with you and your pet. She does wonderful glamour shots after the grooming is done as well. I recommend her to all of my dog friends.
