The quality and selection of chandeliers and other styles is undeniable. Price is also standard compared to other shops, definitely worth a visit but gosh the service was horrific. The man was so rude and arrogant. Maybe I’ll try to speak with someone else next time.

Very disappointed with their service when my wife showed up at their place she felt as if she was bothering them. She asked when she entered if someone could help her and the owner replied ! can't you see I am shipping an order? Wow what a reception! At this point my wife decided to leave and not be served by a person having such attitude.

We picked up this light two summers ago in Rochester, NY at ReHouse architectural salvage. It was on a whim, but we knew that it was something unique.We searched high and low for how to incorporate it into our home, but nothing felt right. The problem? It was a pendant light. And there are only do many pendants we could put up.So today, I took it to Atlas Lighting in Little Italy-- and they converted it to a semi-flush ceiling light while I waited! (Which I did not anticipate!) Pricing was great, as was the service. We are SO excited to finally have this light up! Thank you so much for your help!In the past we have bought a floor lamp to go over our sectional couch and the service was also astounding. We'll be back!
