I was injured in a car accident and contacted them for legal advice. During my consultation I was told a lawyer would contacted me within a week. They never did. So after a month I reached out to ask and finally the lawyer contacted me and set up a meeting. During the meeting Janet promised me she would contact the insurance company to get me some preapprovals for treatments I needed, she never did. She said she would help me look for a doctor, she never did. She said she was going to send me a bunch of forms to fill out, again she never did. TWO MONTHS later I still hadn't heard anything, or even got a how are you" after being in a head on collision. Very poor service
