We had issues with our NVR after only a few years.I called BIL and Dave returned my call within the expected time frame (was supposed to be with a few days and it was maybe an hour or so of when I spoke with the call taker from BIL) - I was a bit concerned with the issue as I did not want my system compromised in any way, shape, or form - over the phone dave was friendly, professional, patient, and funny - he made me feel like more than just a customer - upon the discussion, Dave recommended a drop in as questions and direction he provided over the phone did not resolve the problem - he said he can make time the next day - and there he was, the exact time he said he was going to be here- long story short, the issues were software related - he made some updates, installed some new IT features, and took the time to make sure everything was working the way it should - even simulated a power outage to ensure everything worked the way it should - was so polite and professional with my wife and I - asked us numerous times if we had more questions or concerns - Dave was truly a class act! THANK YOU DAVE!
