My daughter and I tried the plant based 'chicken' sandwich ... pretty yummy (although not something to eat everyday lol) and so nice to see more and more places offering vegetarian options! Great to have some choices when on the go...

Ordered 2 , 4 pc meals. Got home and Chicken was barely cooked , was a whitest color, and had maybe one good cooked pc out of 4 which went in the compost. Wish I had returned to the store now, to warn them something is wrong. Will be a long time before I go back. I hope no one got sick. Very turned off and disappointed

I was told I could not order what I wanted even though I was willing to wait. And I was not told politely. The kitchen staff yelled from the back I could not get extra breast even though they knew I knew it would cost extra. Would not recommend!!!

I bought a 2 piece dinner with fries and gravy. The chicken tasted like it had been reheated, no flavor at all did not taste like Kentucky Fried Chicken, horrible, taste, no flavour and dry texture. This is the third KFC. I have tried in my area, Barrie, Midland, and Orillia and have found the same bad quality chicken at all three places. I even told one store about my experiences and thought I would get better quality, but it was the same. I will never eat there again.

The service was amazing, we waited no longer than 5 minutes for our food and the chicken was perfect.

I did not have a very pleasant experience on my most recent visit. Ordered the Double Down Box Meal with an upgrade to a poutine, the meal was just shy of $20. The two pieces of chicken that made up the Double Down we're extremely overcooked and appeared to be cooked in filthy oil. The popcorn chicken was ice cold. The fries would have been inedible if not smothered with gravy and cheese curds. The only positive thing about the meal was the corn niblet side which was actually served hot and tasted good. But it's hard to screw up corn.

Today , April 11/23 , I ordered two -two piece meals . The chicken looked like a machete was used on it. I couldn’t eat it . The fries were ice cold . I had to remind them about my drinks .It’s a hit and miss here. The sad thing is they don’t care . 22.30 in the garbage.Thanks for nothing

So…I have not eaten kfc for a few years and now I no why…overpriced greasy tasteless so called chicken that didn’t resemble chicken what so ever ..I really don’t write many reviews what so ever …but if I save some people from eating this..I feel I have done my good deed for the day…thanks

On Saturday March 4 approx. 5:30pm attended KFC Midland with coupon for 16 piece bucket which included fries and large macaroni salad. When I arrived home discovered it was a ten piece with two large fries and macaroni salad. I was cut short 6 pieces of chicken for my guests. While eating chicken I discovered hair was on my food. My son also found hair on his food. We both kept silent about this discovery so as to not alarm the other guests. I will definitely never attend this establishment again and warn others to heed my warning.
