Went through the drive through today around 3pm and had some of the most awful service i’ve ever experienced. From the second my friend and I pulled up to order the lady working the drive through was very rude and short with us. This continued through the entire interaction with her. During payment we did not notice the tipping option on the screen and she was very snappy with us and raised her voice repeating that there was a prompt before payment and pulled away the machine. As someone who works customer service myself I understand that we all have bad days but this was completely unacceptable.

The bigger lady at this store is just miserable. You can feel the vibe she sets as soon as you walk in. I can also tell that all of the staff are scared of her. I watched her yell at some random lady for not wearing a mask. Like I get it hunny but you don’t have to be so mean about it. This place must be all she has going for her, what a shame. I feel sorry for the staff

Shout out to Starbucks Eagle Ridge Team!I had a big order today for all my co-workers with 15drinks and a few food items and everything was done so fast. When I asked for a drink that was sold out at the store, the barista made it anyways and she was super friendly and helpful!We all enjoyed our drinks this morning as we started a busy day at work!Thank you Starbucks team!

Unfortunately, brewed coffee (especially Blonde roast), is consistently unavailable to order via mobile order when I go to order at 7am. I spoke to the staff there, and they told me that the morning crew forget to turn the option on in their system. Ordering in store, can frequently be a 15min or longer wait.I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years, and I’ve had to switch coffee shops because of this.

Most of the staff is super sweet and awesome and I understand it’s a busy place so I don’t mind the fact that it’s almost impossible to order ahead, but my is with the new manager they decided to get, no idea who this girl thinks she is, but the tall bigger black haired lady who is now managing, you need to get down off your high horse, you’re a barista, watch how you talk to people, everytime I see her working I almost instantly know I’m going to have a bad experience, I know some employees she has worked with too and they have many not nice things to say about her.Bring back the old manager, get a new one, or tell this one to look in the mirror and deflate her ego because I have never met such an entitled rude minimum wage worker, if you hate your job that much go next door to the next minimum wage job

its my 3rd time to buy my drink here, if I have a choice, wouldn't go here. Every time I buy my drinks, the ice is too much! I mean its greater than the actual drink that I'm buying. It will take me less than a minute to finish the drink as it is full of ice. The last time I bought my drink, I told the server go easy on the ice please" not only that
