Found the experience uncomfortable: constant attempts at selling products despite me bluntly saying I'm not currently interested in spending. I'm sure the products work well but it was the entire time from hair washing to paying at the end. First words out of Kendra's mouth were You have some dandruff" while scratching at my scalp

I had a haircut here back in July and had debated not posting anything. I had reached out to the owner but she neglected to ever reply to my concerns. I had a haircut and then styling. The stylist attempted to curl my hair, but seemed to have little to no experience in doing so. She went over each section 3 or 4 times with different curling irons. I left with burnt hair and had to go to another salon to have the burnt ends removed. I'm mostly annoyed the owner just ignored my concerns and never replied.Also replied below stating they would contact me, and surprise surprise, never did.

I had a great experience with Thyda - she assessed my hair and listened to what I wanted and gave me a really amazing cut. I never felt rushed and she took the time to educate me on my hair, the cut and made sure to let me know to call her about any questions/concerns. Chelsea at the front desk was also incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. :)

I was impressed with Suburbia even before I walked through the door. Part of the reason I was looking for a new" salon was that I couldn't ever seem to get anyone on the phone at the "old" one. Suburbia makes it so easy to get in touch with them! And it only gets better. The salon is sparklingly clean

My whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The online booking system is so convenient and the salon it's huge and inviting. Jenessa knew exactly what I wanted and performed my cut to perfection. She also braided my hair for me at the end so that I could take my daughter to the pool with no hair fuss. And she gives the BEST scalp massages. It was by far the best experience I have ever had at a snalpn. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

I can’t speak highly enough of Thyda’s work and her salon. She is truly gifted and takes great pride. I would definitely recommend.

I went to Suburbia for some foils to lighten my hair and I was booked with Alyssa who ended up doing a stunning job on my hair. She did exactly what I wanted and she was extremely friendly and interactive the entire time. I highly recommend booking with Alyssa. She's absolutely incredible!!

I had a friend recommend this place to me and I am so glad I listened. I came in after getting my hair done somewhere else and wasn’t happy with the results. Cleo listened to me explain what I wanted to change, and proceeded to give me so many different options and routes to achieve them. Then she showed me the colour book and I picked out my colours. I went darker which was a big change for me (I always do blonde balayage). She communicated so well the whole time, always making sure I felt comfortable and explained what she was doing along the way. She gave me my first blow out and I was absolutely IN LOVE with the results. I left with the biggest smile on my face and I’m so happy I found a place that I love and an excellent hairstylist who’s clearly so passionate about her work. The customer service was excellent and I just have nothing but good things to say. I think Cleo is amazing and I’d recommend her to everyone. I found my new go to salon for sure :)

Suburbia hair is a great salon to visit. Clean and trendy, Thyda is a wonderful hairstylist and a fantastic business owner. Her Salon is clean and well taken care of. I have always been fit in or a time was found that I could manage to come in for a haircut. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Good hours and great haircuts.

I have seen Thyda twice now and she always does a fantastic job! Salon is very clean and other staff are super friendly.
