In need of a complete renovation . Dated and not very clean. Bathrooms without hand soap or paper. It used to be amazing but not any more!

We went early today to the first screening (12:50 pm), and the toilets were very dirty. So, they were not cleaned before opening today. There were many, many flies around, and the floor was sticky. Most games in the arcades were not working. It could be a nice outing with the kids, but we were very disappointed. The only star I'm giving it's because the staff was nice and friendly.

Floors were very sticky. Washrooms had dirty toilet paper on the floors and counters. The actual room that the movie was playing in was not cleaned between showings. There was a ton of popcorn left on the seats. Seats need some upgrading as they were not super comfortable.

The theatre is clean with good sound and screen. The seating arrangements could have been better to get an unobstructed view specially for kids. Overall a good experience.

As for the theatre it's nice, seats are extremely comfortable, and the way you are looking at the screen is much more comfortable than other cinemas.Just one thing bothered me to give this place a a bit of a black spot.I was there Friday evening, for a 7:30 showing.Many of the staff seemed to be new and fairly young, nice people by the way.But, their boss" or manager was a really big jerk!!He

Literally gross. I had been given free movies tickets and I understand why they were free. The staff was super unprofessional, literally saw one member jump OVER the counter and another scream at a gang of kids because they were laughing during the movie.. I’m not one to complain, but this was embarrassing. Not to mention we were served a 15$ bag of popcorn that tasted like it was picked up off the floor from last week.

We went to see the super mario movie and it was good. Well overall I believe that the halls should be cleaned a bit more frequently during the day because when we went inside...you can see a lot of popcorns fallen down and also the seats were not clean...so we had to wipe our seats and sit down.

I like coming here for the quality of the movie selection, and their prices are better than other cinema chains. Unfortunately, they never have coffee ready to serve.Edit: cool new flooring in the inside lobby. They did other renos too like change of seats. Personally, I don't find these new seats comfy.
