The caramel almond sea salt apples are exceptional and fresh as are all the other products we’ve tried. One of our go tos when we stop by the mall because the food court is not really our bag.

Chocolate to die for. The Piggy bomb was the perfect gift for my Peppa Pig loving granddaughter. So much artsistry in chocolate. It is a wee bit hard on the waistline and pocketbook, but what is life without chocolate.

Really yummy chocolate treats and all hand crafted at their store.Staff is consistently helpful and friendly and always go the extra mile when it comes to service and suggestions.Had one issue with a product on one visit and they did a great job of making it right" . I was very impressed by that.I'm taking off one star as I wish they had some organic chocolate options and a few more items to pick from.Other than that

Owner Annette is an absolute witch. Had two friends work for her and she treated them like absolute garbage. Made extremely rude comments about their financial situations as well as put them (both 17 I might add, neither driving yet) in very compromising situations about getting home late. Not only this but she never disclosed in the interviews that they would have to work at the Departure Bay location then proceeded to take it as a threat when they brought up that they had no way to get there or back. Absolutely don’t recommend working there as you’ll only be treated like a slave.

Chocolate is pretty good, but not good enough to justify a purchase with their high prices. Aside from that, from what I've heard working conditions are... Sub par to say the least. Might stop by from time to time but very rarely

My boyfriend gifted me Chocolate Covered Strawberries from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory after I told him to get them from here. I was disappointed because only half of the strawberries were dipped in chocolate.. disappointing considering one box is $60. I went to another location where they were fully covered so I'm not sure if it was just the owner being cheap. The chocolate covered strawberries definitely did not taste or look premium" so I'm not sure why they're charging premium prices."

This place makes some of the best chocolate peanut butter cups around town. Highly recommend the Tiger Butter Cups if you're into a mix of white / milk chocolate and peanut butter.
