The person at the counter was extremely rude to a lady in the store. I was amazed at how crude language he could use with a customer. I left posthaste watching the interaction. They should not be allowed to do business in a first world country.

We are lucky to have a UPS store in our neighborhood in South Burnaby. Very convenient to go have copies made, pictures taken for passports, or to ship things out, etc.It has a new owner, Dinesh, and recently I went in to have my photo taken for my PR card renewal. Dinesh did a great job taking the picture, and I was very satisfied. Further, I appreciated the fact that he was very polite, did not rush things, and wanted to take the picture just right.He seems very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’s doing. Glad he’s our new UPS owner.

This store was extremely helpful to me as I emailed them photos and texts I need printed right away.They were very patient and very, very helpful to me and explained ways I could save money which most store owners would never do so I appreciated this.It's a very affordable place to have your pictures printed much cheaper and much more choices than London Drugs ever could be.I give them 5 stars for doing a very great job at customer service in the community. It's rare to find these days. So check them out.

Very disappointed. Used to be good UPS store but run into bad experience with the owneran d bos of the store. Even that main UPS office suggested to pick my my amazon package he rejected me several times in 2 days. He was rude and unpolite. I waited on heavy snow for long time ,almost brougtt my heavy package in the store and he turned me down 2 times. When mentioned central UPS store and Anazon which both told me to go to this store closest to my home, The boss of store said he has nothing to do with it.The other guy in store was nice but he could not do anything , Again, disappointed heavily and do not recommend.

November 16, 2020 - this company has some amazing in house printing services. Two huge printers observed. Very impressed to observe employees on both visits wearing masks and following protocols and guidlines to combat the pandemic. Great job guys. Looking forward to visiting again.

I usually leave reviews if service is exceptional. This experience was exceptionally bad. The employee was more concerned about their conversation on their personal cell phone than helping me. They pointed somewhere while conversing on their cell phone. I placed my return package on the table in the direction he pointed, and he frustratingly put his cell phone down and tells me: No

Service on Saturday at 1345 was fast. Two sets of Canadian passport photos purchased. Total around $33.60. Free street parking.
