What can I say about Dr. Ng and his staff, first off they are inviting and welcoming and very professional. When you meet the doctor he is kind and compassionate and extremely thorough. Explains every aspect of the procedure ,the cost and the outcome. Not only does he care about your well-being but he followed up and checked on me the next day after my procedure . He is quite possibly the kindest doctor and example of what a healthcare provider should be. I can't give a high enough rating for Dr.Ng and for people that are scared to go to the dentist he is truly one of a kind ,I suggest you try him and his team if you have any fears about dentistry. I've been a patient of Dr. Ng for over 10 years. I've had several procedures done from crowns, root canals, and bridges. Everytime I'm there the staff make me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Ng's mannerism is very calming. He explains what he's doing and will prepare you for what's to come. His restorative craftsmanship is excellent. If you're looking for a dentist in the Tri Cities I highly recommend his practice.

I have been extremely fortunate in having Dr. Ng as my dentist for the past 10 years. There have been some very challenging issues with my teeth, gums and oral health due to my age and previous dental work. He has always been there for me with excellent ideas/options and not forgetting the expense factor. He is great to communicate with and has been available when I needed him. His direction, instructions and support is amazing. I could not have found a better dentist and highly recommend him to anyone wanting the best in dental care!

Dr. Ng is an awesome dentist. I saw him for the first time a few days ago and thought I needed an extraction or root canal but he was able to find another non invasive way to fix the problem and I am so grateful. He even took time to send me a follow up email to see how I was doing after. He has excellent bedside manner, he is calm, funny, and very respectful and kind. He helped greatly put my fears at ease. His staff are excellent as well and very kind. I was so nervous to see a new dentist since I have had the same dentist since I was little but because we moved I couldn't see my original dentist anymore but I am confident I found a good new replacement. I will definitely be bringing my family to Dr. Ng's in the future. If you're nervous with dentists or are looking for a new dentist, Dr. Ng is your guy.

Dr. Ng really, really cares about the wellbeing of his patients. He is always asking how I'm feeling and if there is anything he can do to make me more comfortable. I was actually afraid of going to the dentist before I met him. He makes the visits comfortable, and I'm happy to call him my dentist! I have also enjoyed the hygienists that clean my teeth. Everyone at this office is very friendly and personable.

Dr. Matthew is THE best dentist I've ever had! Always efficient and PAIN FREE! He truly cares for his patients and it shows in his work. You can always count on him to be friendly and upbeat. Highly recommend!

I'm super happy with the dental work I have had done with Dr. Ng and the team. I have recently had some crown work done and it was painless and quick. The crowns fit perfectly and they look natural. Dr. Ng is an expert. He understands that the little details are important. The dental assistants, hygienist and office staff work seamlessly together to make the most of your valuable time. I highly recommend them.
