We were given KSD contact info approximately 4 years ago by a realtor we were using at the time. Since then, we have used Kathleen's services for 4 real estate transactions. Her services for these transactions were always conducted timely and the fees very reasonable. Last spring we were faced with commencing probate procedures for my Mother's estate following her passing. In spite of ample advice from various financial institutions offering their services, we chose to use KSD Law for this matter following discussions with her. Her office immediately set out to ensure all documentation was handled correctly and dealt with communications with the beneficiaries including one located overseas. We no longer live in Alberta which we were told by some could also complicate this procedure. Kathleen's office handled all communication with out any complications at all. To my surprise, she succeeded in completing the Probate procedures by fall. Her invoice for this service was very reasonable, in line with what she had quoted us, and considerably less than quoted by other major financial institutions. I would highly recommend anyone looking for any legal services for real estate or wills and estates to use KSD Law. It is evident to us from our experiences this firm is very knowledgable in these areas.

We recently used KSD Law for our will, and also for a real estate purchase for our son. We really appreciated their flexibility, and hard work around a tight time line.
