Very DISGUSTING experience to say the least with Jay! He rescheduled my appointment and then showed up to the rescheduled appointment half a hour later STUMBLING! just to go on for another hour about other peoples tattoos, LIFTED UP HIS SHIRT AND SHOWED HIS TATTOOS (VERY UNCOMFORTABLE I AM A 23 YEAR OLD FEMALE!), rearranged his studio and talked with the door guy! Finally sat down after a hour and a half to start my stencil and he fell asleep!!! You’d think I’d be joking how irresponsible and unprofessional this guy is! May I add the guilt trip about stories on his FAMILY LIFE to justify why he was unprepared, and why he refuses to give me back my $150!!! For someone who says honesty and good people are important it’s funny he’s the complete opposite! I drove a hour to this appointment and a hour back for absolutely nothing but a headache and to be scammed out of my well earned money by someone who refuses to earn their own honestly. Disgusting human being and shouldn’t be allowed to have a business. Scam artist not tattoo.

Similar to other reviews, I had a disappointing interaction with this business. I sent a deposit (in October), had my appointment cancelled the day before, and now cannot get ahold of them (despite several attempts).Save yourself the headache and book your tattoo somewhere else. The staggering unprofessionalism, blatant disrespect, and low-level communication displayed made this experience quite irritating.

Terrible customer service. Poor communication skills. This business cancelled on 2 appointments for mom daughter tattoos for my daughters birthday. I was told my 200$ deposit would be returned to me however i'm still waiting after 2 weeks...do not leave a deposit with this business.

I got my first tattoo here and i’ll definitely be coming back!
