We are new to Edmundston and came here 6 months ago. Excellent customer service and very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful place and beautiful products. We bought a couch, washing machine and TV for our new home. Would highly recommend this place!

If we could give a negative number of stars, we would! RUN FROM THIS STORE!!! We discovered they have the absolute WORST service imaginable! One sales person contradicts the other, while none match the words of the owner. In our experience, rudeness and total lack of customer service are their only specialty. It is understandable that there are supply issues, but not the lying. Do yourself a favour and RUN AWAY from Accent!!! Save yourself the legal battle. They'll take your money and you'll get nothing for it.
