So I wanted to try Indian food; the curry and chicken is nice but I wish the portions were larger and less rice. Also for whatever reason they gave me an apple-like root inside my food that I took out before hand. The naan tastes very good compared to most places I ordered from; however the food is 7/10 for me.

This place is certainly a gem in the Dundas/Hurontatio area filled with places to eat. The chicken biryani was delicious, plentiful in portion (enough for two atleast), and coupled with a generous serving of raita (yogurt chutney). The amount of great tasting food for the money spent here is impressive.

Best Biryani around the area, their dealing with costumers were so quite, not like others salesman, in this price Taste is out class I found plump and slice of lemon, not everyone use that,,Better than any other TASTE around

I hate to give this place 1 star. Me and my friends grew up eating biryani from this place but unfortunately there biryani is not the same anymore. Despite constant reminders to them they did not made any changes and continue to sell super gressy and low quality biryani. I feel bad for the owner that worked so hard to build good reputation but aunties that are working there now ruining it badly. If cost of biryani is the issue they can certainly raise the price, I would'nt mind paying extra as long the quality is there.

If you want to have a less expensive meal,then this is the good option. I ordered Butter Chicken, Kadi pakora , plain paratha, Alloo paratha & Alloo stuffed naan.Butter Chicken was ok in taste but naan’s & parathas were really nice. Quantity is also good for price.Paratha’s and naan size is good.Taste is ok for curries and cannot complain as price was very low. There are lots of options to explore..Overall, you can eat and order from here.

Bought two things from Desi Corner.1. Beef Kebab Roll - Very good and tasty.2. Chicken Tikka - Garbage! Dry and tastes bad.Do NOT buy the Chicken Tikka.

Pretty disappointing experience at Desi corner, ordered through uber eats and was very upbeat about their menu. However the food was not up to the mark.The only saving grace is the bihari boti kebab, which is highly recommended but the chicken malai kabab, chicken shami kabab and qeema naan were dry and over done.Much scope for improvement.

When we arrived, we waited for the lady to take our order. But she didn't say anything. I had to ask her whether I could order and even then she had trouble understanding me.I ordered the Aloo and Channa Masala, and a side of rice. The two entrees were 4 dollars each, and the rice was 1 dollar (really nice portion size on the rice!).I'd say this was a pretty fair price, but this is where it gets interesting. When I got my food I was about to dig in when I realized the two entrees in the plastic containers were freezing cold. I guess they just took them out of the fridge?? Very disappointing.I went back to have them reheated. After that I was finally able to enjoy my lunch... :/
