Georgian Family Dentistry

I have been with Georgian Family Dentistry (and Dr. Tom Rice) for over 40 years. I have always been made to feel safe and comfortable during (uncomfortable) procedures. I was just there yesterday and I have a new dental hygienist. She was great!

Upon just moving to area , they took me right away since it was an emergency !Very professional, high tech office, just awesome !Super happy with services , definitely found the perfect dentist!See you soon for my cleaning :)

I've been to this clinic and the dentists and hygienists are excellent, treat you wonderfully, and the font desk staff are fantastic. The problem I have is with the manager. I was in here one day not long ago, and I heard her yelling at one of the employees, to the point the employee started to cry. I thought this was totally unprofessional and demeaning to the employee. I mean, what manager degrades their employees like that while others around can hear and see her do it? A professional Manager would ask the employee to come to her office, discuss the issue, in private, and handle it in a professional manner. This woman is not professional and a disgrace to this office.

A great dental office to go to. I used to get severe anxiety when I go to the dentist and the staff here made me feel so comfortable and made the appointment extremely easy to go through. I no longer get anxiety when I go to the dentist which is wonderful! The work they do is great too, and they take evening appointments too (at least before COVID, i'm not too sure about the current situation) which is an added bonus for those who work 9 - 5 jobs.

Dr Patel is the best dentist I have ever had. Him and his assistant Asia make the experience of a filling enjoyable (never thought I would say that lol). Staff at front desk is incredibly kind and caring, and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and secure. Truly believe that any negative reviews are somebody who must have had a bad day and needed somewhere to take it out on because everyone there is absolutely incredible and has never shown me anything but respect, compassion, understanding and kindness. Thanks for all of your help ♥️

I believe that my family has being coming to Georgian Family Dentistry since 1988. My dentist in Toronto referred us when we were moving to this area. He was a friend of either Dr. Spence or Dr. Rice... can't recall which. There have been several new faces over the years and your recent move but there have been no changes to the wonderful care. Great dentists and great office staff. Everyone is always professional and pleasant. Thank you.

Be sure not chat with them while working because you are charged by the min. One child was charged almost double because of 4 min difference. The one charged less I was told had a spot they would keep an eye on" the charge for more got 100%.I didn't ask for anything more but was charged for it."

I really like everyone at Georgian Family Dentistry! They are all very professional, friendly and always willing to help. Who could ask for anything more?However, I must admit that I'm not too thrilled by the constant emails and reminders, phone calls and requests to review, like and otherwise commercially support my dentistry office.Please use some restraint on social media marketing. Not everyone is a fan.

I am very pleased with Georgian Family Dentistry. I have been dealing with them since the 1980's.They are polite , friendly and courteous. They have updated to a new space so they could provide updated equipment and modern facilities.They provide wonderful experiences for children. My grandchildren have had nothing but exceptional experiences and best of all they have no fear of going to the dentist.

I have been a client of Georgian Family Dentistry for more than 30 years and I have always found them to be highly professional and on top of the latest advancements in dental technology and treatment. Their equipment is top notch their staff well trained and courteous and when you book an appointment you can almost always set your watch by it.I would highly recommend Georgian Family Dentistry!
